Changed batteries

Purchased same # batteries CR2032 Scale does not work. First 00.0 comes up the 0-Ld then eventually ERR All this without standing on the scale It keeps repeating this sequence without any input from me.

    Exactly the same thing is happening with our scale; I could have written the original post. Anyone know why?
