Low battery

I cannot figure out how to access the batteries inside the battery encasement to replace them.

  • Replacing Battery

    I couldn't find my manual either but my husband figured out how to open it -- push in the thicker end of the smaller "I"-shaped closure -- there's one on each side. Then it just opens. Hope this helps.
